+ BREAKER BREAKER

There’s a crack in the ice of this frozen faith
A crack in the ice all across your lake
I threw you under
No, you threw me
No, I threw you under
It’s a better story
And we keep calling out, O’ Breaker, Breaker
When no one answers who’s the common denominator
We keep drawing out these conversations
Only you know when you’re alone,
Who’s the common denominator
It was there in December a month ago
There in December, that ragged scarecrow
chased all the creatures away with it’s arms
chased all the creatures, so long, so long, so long
We keep calling out, O’ Breaker, Breaker
When no one answers who’s the common denominator
We keep drawing out these conversations
Only you know when you’re alone
Who’s the common denominator

JTG - Vocals/Drums
Cary - Electric & Acoustic guitar/Rhodes

+ SKELETON TREE

Under the skeleton tree, O’ love
All the leaves are gathering to rust, O’ love
You will be the death of me or the beginning of, O’ love
That’s how you own my bag of bones

JTG - Vocals/Drums/Acoustic guitar
Cary - Hammond organ/Acoustic guitar
Matt - Electric & upright bass

+ DISPLACED

Train, won’t you carry me ‘way
Ashes keep falling like snow
Mansions of gold made of broken bones
I wasn’t made for this place
Willow, you don’t really weep
And, honey, you’ll never replace
The empty coat hanger where she once hung her dress
And I wasn’t made for this place
I ride down the highway at night
And sometimes I want to give in
Just like my old man when the devil made him say,
“I wasn’t made for this place.”

JTG - Vocals/Drums/Acoustic guitar
Cary - Hammond organ/Acoustic guitar
Matt - Electric & upright bass

+ FOUR SILVER STATUES

Four silver statues photograph
We were there / Just look at that
I’ll be sultry, you be brash
Sheila stuck her tongue out for a laugh
They were like these gates
None of us could wait
I felt like Meryl Streep
Back home they’d never relate
Sheila don’t be sad,
Remember that trip we took out west to Hollywood
Where we made believe that we would never leave
But, you know we were relieved to get home
Four silver statues in a drawer
We were there / Yeah, we were
We were there / Look at us
We were there once.

JTG - Vocals/Drums
Cary - Guitar/Hammond organ
Matt - Bass
